Child page menus no longer being displayed

    I have set up child pages on my site. Up until very recently (yesterday, I think), the main menu for the site was correctly generating the nested menus for child items. Now, the child menus are not showing up. Even if I view the HTML source, they are not there. I’ve not modified the theme I’m using.

    Anyone any idea why they would have just stopped working?
