Child page not on menu
-
My blog has a ‘Sample chapter’ page with two child pages that appear, as expected, on the parent page menu. I have just added a third child page (Order = 3), but although it seems properly structured at the Pages screen, its title does not appear with the other child pages at the parent menu. In other words, readers cannot find the chapter. What’s wrong?

Oh..no..no. You’ve other problem. When creating pages/editing pages, enable the dropdown pages(chapters) as: http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-attributes/#parent

At the Dashboard menu, Pages correctly lists my Sample Chapter page and its 3 child pages. I have updated all of them.
At my Home page menu bar, mousing over the Sample Chapter page reveals the original 2 child pages, not their updated titles, and the third child-page is not listed.

You’re using a custom top-nav menu. You need to go to Appearance>Menus and update it manually.
