child pages option missing.

  The child page is missing from page attributes. I keep changing the theme to see if that is the case. I get the template and order option and that is it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you haven’t yet published the parent page, you will not get child options.

  Also, since your blog is private, it’s hard for anyone to tell if there’s some other problem going on.
