  You need to report the blog using the button in your navigation bar (top right of the screen).

  The blog is suspended and will be reported to the IWF.

  And please – just report them. All you do by linking them here is give them traffic, spread the junk etc.

  You can use the Support link.
  http://support.wordpress.com/contact/
  There is a box there now for people who do not have a blog.

  They can also email support@wordpress.com directly.
