  Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

  For creating child themes on self-hosted sites, the following WordPress.org support page should help you with that: https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

  For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for general help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.
