  How do I get the child pages to show up and be selectable under the parent page on my menu?

  The theme you are using, Daydream, has not yet been updated to support custom menus, so there is no dropdown menu feature for your theme.

  You can check out this link for a list of themes that do support the custom menu feature.

  Menus

  To have dropdowns, you will have to switch themes.
