Chilean domain

  hello there friends. i need to map a domain .cl
  proyectochilecultura.cl the instructions says that i cant do a .cl domain can you help me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. You can’t register a .cl domain through WordPress.com, but you can map it. First, you’ll need to register that domain with another registrar. If the registrar offers you a hosting account, don’t take that. You only want the domain.

  Then, once you own the domain, you can map it to your WordPress.com blog. So, you’ll be paying another registrar for the domain each year, and paying WordPress.com for the domain mapping. Instructions for mapping a domain here: http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

  Hi @proyectochilecultura,

  As @kokkieh mentioned, you cannot register a .cl domain through WordPress.com. You will need to register it elsewhere and then map it following the instructions below:
