China Dropshipping Products Not Syncing Properly on Live site

I’m running a China-based dropshipping website on WordPress, where products are imported from a third-party supplier (via API/CSV sync). The issue is that while products appear correctly inside the WordPress admin dashboard complete with titles, prices, variations, and images they don’t always display properly on the live site. Some products randomly disappear, show outdated prices, or fail to load images unless I manually resave them. This happens inconsistently across categories, which makes it hard to pinpoint the cause.
I’ve already cleared cache, checked theme compatibility, and verified that cron jobs are running, but the problem persists only on the front end. Since WordPress has platform-level limitations, I’m unsure whether this is related to caching, REST API restrictions, or background sync limits. Has anyone faced a similar issue with dropshipping stores on WordPress, and are there platform-specific settings or workarounds I should be checking?
