Chinese characters become unidentifiable symbols
-
During the past 24 hrs some Chinese characters in my blog (http://hydonsingore.wordpress.com) became unidentifiable symbols. Manual correcttion is time-consuming though it works. Is there any practicable solution?

Please can you report this via feedback through your dashboard? There’s not much that us mortals in the forum can do for you.

My blog is in Japanese, and most characters are changed to “?”.I’ve already sent feedback. What can I do else?

I have some pages and posts with the same problem. I’m sorry that I didn’t notice until now. Is it too late to fix? Thank you!

Hi there,
I have the same problem too. All my chinese characters become unidentifiable symbols, what should I do, because it is very urgent and support will take one week break.
Anyone can help??
Thanks!

The only thing we can suggest, as you can see above, is to contact support. Where did you hear they’re taking one week off? There will still be someone available to help with emergencies, I’m sure.
