chinese wordpress attack

  I have been bombed with a chinese hack on my site, 10 to 20 contact emails everyday.
  It looks to be a replicating bot of some kind. I contact Hostmonster, they reset my files, and it is good for 3 weeks, then starts again. The spam assassin on the hostmonster control panel does nothing. I do have filters set up with outlook so they go into junk mail upon arrival. This started 2 months ago. Each email is a different sender and body, all in chinese characters. I have seen posts on these attacks on word press sites.
  How do i stop this?
  I may have to kill the site and hosting, go to another option.
