Choose display image from a post?

  If I post multiple photos in a post, am I able to choose which image will show on my homepage or do I have to go with the first image in my post being displayed as the default?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Ah! Thank you. I usually insert images from their url so I guess I am out of luck. lol
