Choose files to upload doesn’t work

  I just setup WordPress using the auto-install at IXWEBHOSTING. I’m trying to enter my first blog. When I try to add an image I get what appears to be a Flash window with a “Choose file to upload” button. Selecting it does nothing. I’ve tried it on two computers (both running Windows 7) and with three different browsers (IE, Firefox, Safare)
