Choose plan for video-based e-learning website with WordPress

I intend to build an video-based e-learning website with WordPress. Please help me choose the best choice from available plan of WordPress. Thanks for help.
P/s: All my blogs is just for community, not for business.

When you say “e-learning” – will that just be a series of videos? Any Exams? Do you want to keep all the videos on your site or would it be OK to put the videos on Vimeo or YouTube?
The upgrades here are exactly what they say they are – no more no less.
Vimeo & YouTube are no cost. Both embed easily on your blog here
If you want to keep the videos on your own blog, then all you need is the Video Upgrade & a space upgrade (space is required I think for the Videos)

Business upgrade would have the videos on your blog / web site here at WordPress.COM
You can’t install Plugin’s but there are a lot of Widgets & Short Code that used to be Plugin’s, but are now built into every blog / web site here.
Most help is in the Forum, that tends to be quickest, if there is a question we can’t help you with here the thread is flagged for the staff to help.
CSS will let you change the LOOK of a Theme, but you are not allowed to change theme code, we all use the same code for any given theme
What do you mean by “download source” ?

OK, thanks for your explanation! :) “download source” means that I can backup my website locally. I cannot install Plugin so How do I integrate payment to my site? One theme just provide some built-in plugin. Cannot edit code – how do I add Google Analytic or change fav icon if the theme doesn’t have it?
I’m not a developer and I wanna rise my business, so I choose this because I get used to it for a long time. I appreciate your help.

How do I integrate payment to my site?
You use the Paypal Donate or Buy It Now buttons, or you use Bitcoin. If you have the business bundle you can add ecommerce directly via several options.
You cannot add google analytics.
You upload a favicon on the Settings->General page.
