Choosing a theme

  Hello: I am trying to find these themes: Cheer Up, Marilyn, Piemont, and Redwood. Are these WordPress themes? Or third-party? Or premium?

  Unless you have a wordpress.COM hosted site with a Business plan https://wordpress.com/pricing/ you cannot install any plugins in addition to those that are built in to all of our sites, and you cannot install third party or custom themes.

  There is no FTP access to wordpress.COM hosted sites.

  Also note that if you upgrade to a Business plan and install plugins, and then downgrade to a lower plan, the plugins and all features unique to the Business plan will no longer be available for your use.
