Choosing a theme

  hello,

  I am going to be building a paid for website using wordpress for small painting business. They are looking for a site that has a rotating banner on the home page. Can any theme have a banner inserted or do I need to choose a specific theme with it already built in? Also, are there any that you would suggest that have a rotating banner built in?

  Hi,

  There’s a couple of different ways you can go about this.

  You can use a theme with a post slider, which displays featured images from selected posts: https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/post-slider?s=post
  (for example, the Olsen theme: https://wordpress.com/theme/olsen)

  Or you can pick any theme, and make a sticky post with an image slideshow.
