Choosing a theme

  Hello, I am creating a classifieds site and need a theme that will work with AWPCP plugin. I am clueless and am not getting any advice or help from WordPress. Because there is no customer service, I am concerned that if I pay $300 for premium, I will be ignored as I am being ignored now. Can anyone give me helpful advice? Or should I use Joomla, as they have customer support that responds.

  If you want to build such a site here at WordPress.com you would definitely need the Business plan (not Premium) to be able to install an appropriate theme.

  Hello, I am creating a classifieds site and need a theme that will work with AWPCP plugin.

  I see you wish to create a classifieds website using WordPress.

  As @themagicrobot has mentioned you need to upgrade to Business plan to upload a custom theme.

  Classifieds themes have different functions and options as compared to blog themes which makes classifieds themes outstanding. Presently we do not have any Classified focus theme in our Theme Showcase. However, you can follow the link suggested by @themagicrobot

  AWCPC is listed in our Incompatible plugin page so you cannot use AWCPC plugin on WordPress.com websites because it is a heavy plugin which puts a strain on our servers.

  Don’t worry our staff members will suggest you an alternative to AWCPC

  WordPress.com being a part of a distributed company, our staff members are present in different time zone working round the clock.

  In forums sometimes reply from staff might get delayed. But we never let anyone down.

  I am concerned that if I pay $300 for premium, I will be ignored as I am being ignored now.

  As I mentioned earlier sometimes, it takes time for staff members to reply due to enormous tickets. We try to provide the best solution for every issue.

  Can anyone give me helpful advice?
