Choosing the best plan

  Hi,
  I was wondering which plan would be the best for creating a site with the following capabilities that also has good tech support:
  – free blogs
  – subscriptions for certain blogs
  -paid service for users to request info
  -user log in and portfolio where they can store the blogs and info they have payed for

  Can you clarify? When you say free blogs, do you mean a system where someone can create free blogs here with us, or do you mean free access to some articles and paid subscription access to others? Also, where you say paid service to request information, do you mean they would be requesting information from you?
