Choosing the image that comes up in Facebook when publicized

I’ve been using Publicize to Facebook and my posts are successfully coming up on Facebook. However, I can’t seem to figure out how to control the media image that gets included in the Facebook post of my blog post. I tried setting a “Featured Image” =, thinking that the image I selected would be the one that comes up in Facebook, but that doesn’t seem to be working. Is there a way to control which of the media images in my blog post come up on Facebook?

When using Publicize, note that we have no control over the images that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
