Choosing Thumbnails for Posts in the Reader

  When a post shows up in the Reader under a certain tag, above the title is an image/media from within the post, like a thumbnail. Is it possible to choose which of your images is displayed? Or is it automatically selected at random? It seems like it used to just be whatever image came first in your blog post, but in my recent posts the thumbnail chosen is the last picture in my blog post, which isn’t always my best picture.
