  When I sign in as admin, it will ask if the password is still right. It is not. I try to change it to the right password but it doesn’t change. Then when I log off, my webmaster shows up and I sign out of her account.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  It says I don’t have a site with WordPress.com – but I do, it is Christian Pen Pals.

  Hi there,

  What is the URL of your site so we can look it up in our system? I did not see it mentioned here and I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account: https://wordpress.com/sites/

  Hello there,

  https://cppministry.com/ isn’t hosted with WordPress.com, but a different provider.

  Traditionally, are you used to logging in via https://cppministry.com/wp-admin?

  This site is using the open source WordPress software. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Thank you! I am confused because I thought my site was WordPress.com. I am not at all tech savvy, someone else set it up and I have a hosting service I pay for to help me with issues. Yes, I sign in with https://cppministry.com/wp-admin

  Thank you for the link to explain, it’s hard for me to understand – I know there is WordPress.org but I don’t have that as my URL We pay $12.95 a month for hosting the CPPMinistry.com site – to have someone to help with problems. They are trying to help me with this.
