  Hi! When I was on another blog last year, I saw that snow was falling down the page. Does anyone know if there is a way to get that? The blog wasn’t anything special, like it hadn’t been edited by CSS. (i know the person who owned the blog) has anyone ever heard of this before? there were just white specks gently floating down the page as you read.
