Chrome & Ask for Feedback Feature

Is there a known issue with Chrome and the “Ask for Feedback” feature? I sent a draft post to a friend and he was unable to return it. He had to email it to me separately. There were two feedback links in the email that he received.
This is the comment he sent me:
“Used both links; both opened up the same window. Hit “Send Feedback;” browser wouldn’t process the instruction.”
I sent it using Chrome as well.

The browser that you sent it with wouldn’t affect your friend’s ability to send it back.
Do you know what browser your friend was using?

Unfortunately, I was unable to duplicate this, both sending and receiving from Chrome.
It’s possible that there could be a conflict with an add-on, or something in the cache.
Would you mind trying again with both of you in an Incognito window (from the File menu)? This will effectively short off cache, cookies, and all add-ons.

Ok. Still doesn’t work. His comments:
“Still wouldn’t work, even in an “Incognito” window. Browser wouldn’t process when clicking on, “Send Feedback.” Screenshot attached for illustration. I must be doing something wrong.”
I have the screen shot, how can I provide it to you?

The screenshot looks fine, though I wonder if the custom Chrome theme has anything to do with it.
I doubt it, but you never know.
Would you folks mind testing in Firefox too, just so that we’re absolutely sure that this is a Chrome thing?

I have sent him a new Feedback request in Firefox. I’ll let you know how it goes.
This is the first time I’ve used this feature (figures, eh?) and had no idea this would happen. Seriously, I really appreciate your help.

Well, Firefox (used by both of us) didn’t work. Here are his comments & screenshot. I give up!
“Clicked on “Send Feedback,” and… nothing. Browser won’t recognize the command.”

Argh, I still can’t reproduce it even with Firefox.

We’ll work on sending feedbacks to each other and see if we can narrow down the cause.
