Chrome not opening the dialog box to select file to upload

    Hello,

    I am using chrome and I while am writing a post I press the add media button and then press select media button to open me the dialog box to select my files.

    Unfortunately it can not open the dialog box to select my files, I don’t know if this chrome related bug, please let me know I have captured the behaviour with a video please let me know where to send it out.
