Chronicle Theme support forum has no place for me to post a question

  I am logged in as an administrator to my Chronicle themed blog, but there is no place for me to post a question that I need answered in reference to that blog. I cannot get an answer to my original question in the regular support blog, so now I am chasing my own tail.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  In the Chronicle forum, right next to the title of the forum (“Chronicle”) there is a button which says “Add new”, the link to which is right here: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/chronicle#postform

  If you click that button, it will take you to the form which allows you to post a new question.

  Let me know if you run in to any issues!

  Unfortunately there is no “Add new” button anywhere on the forum page for me. I must be doing something wrong.

  Ah! I see the problem. It looks like another user associated with your blog did the actual purchasing of the Chronicle theme. They’re going to be the only one who is able to post on the theme-specific forum.

  If you could have them (or if it’s just another account of yours, if you could log in to that account) go there, they should see the “Add new” button.

  So sorry for that! I should have noticed it in the first place.

  And also, thanks! I had been traveling for quite a while and was SUPER excited to encounter a huge BBQ smoker.
