  Hey Folks,

  I have followed the thread here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/create-a-sidebar-for-chunk-theme?replies=11

  I have a side bar up and running on http://www.keepitlikeitwas.com, however, I want to raise the sidebar so that it is just beneath the header. There is currently a large amount of whitespace that, in my opinion, looks unbalanced.

  We cannot help you here. That site is not a free hosted WordPress.COM blog that you are referring to. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
