Church members dont have access to there website

    greetings!
    I’m helping the members of the church gain access to their website. A family member of the church created the website as a gift to the church; that person has become very ill and is nonresponsive, and the church doesn’t have the username or password to log into the website.

    Thanks for that information. Unfortunately, the website is not hosted with us here at WordPress.com and as such, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    It looks like your hosting provider is InMotion Hosting. You should reach out to them for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to the site. You can contact them here:

    However, if the website hosting account was also paid for and controlled by the same person who created it, you may have some difficulty proving ownership. But that’s the best option you have at the moment.
