cinopa plugin
-
is it possible to use get plugins at all or does word press insist that we the customers not have these useful options.
I really don’t like how long and the out come of how slides shows look within wordpress.
is it possible for word press to make plugins an option as cinopa is very straight forward you choose a template make the slide show embed the code and copy and paste into your page.
I am getting tired of seeing tutorials on how to add a plugin only to find out it is not possible.
please see the following example of what I mean.

Hi there. Plugins are not allowed on WordPress.com at all, as we all use the same software and one person installing a corrupt plugin can potentially bring the whole platform down, so it’s not a case of WordPress simply being difficult. It’s a security issue. Same goes for embedding certain types of code, like the flash code used by most media embeds.

Most tutorials you’ll find online for WordPress are for the WordPress.org platform which is completely separate and different from WordPress.com who is hosting your site (http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/). The best place to look for instructions regarding WordPress.com is this forum and the official support pages, here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/
If you’d like to suggest WordPress.com add the functionality of the cincopa plugin, you can do so in the Ideas forum. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/ideas#postform
