CIRCA Theme – Possible to add additional column?

    Hi there, I love the CIRCA theme however I noticed that it is a one column format template. Is it possible to add one or two columns to it, on the left and right of the main column where my posts appear? I can code CSS but am lost on how to find it on my dashboard. Is that a payable feature?

    It’s not possible to add dynamic content to a theme on WordPress.com where it didn’t exist before, but the Custom Design upgrade does let you add custom CSS—what that can do is let you move existing elements around on a page. So, with that in mind, I would say it might be possible (maybe) to move some of the footer widgets around to different areas, but it’s definitely an advanced CSS update to make a structural change that big to a theme like this that doesn’t offer the option, and I think the first best option would be to try to pick a theme that already has major structural elements (like sidebars) in place and then customize from there.
