I assume you are talking about this particular WordPress.com site https://joanasantos2017.wordpress.com/
This WordPress.com site seems to be private. I have requested access to seeing this WordPress.com site. Please approve that so that I can have a look at it and share my thoughts.

We Volunteers do not request access to private sites. Staff can access them so we respect privacy settings and type modlook into the sidebar tags on the thread for a Staff follow-up. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question

P.S. In cases like this one “Circle” in Homepage note that some themes have a gravatar displayed in the site heading area, and what a Volunteer needs to assist is the name of the theme in use.

Do not ever request access to any private site please.
As much as I would like to respect the privacy of the user, I was only asking so to look at what circle the OP was referring to. Your suggestion of adding the modlook sounds better though. Noted, thanks.

Hi there,
I am a longtime Volunteer who predates the support docs and all but one person being on Support Staff.
Have you read the following?
Read this support doc WordPress.com VolunteersDo you also use forum tags search prior to responding to any threads? I recommend doing that and avoiding answering any questions unless or until you can provide backup links to support docs or to recent responses from Staff or long time Volunteers in threads with the same issues.

Yes, I am doing that.

Hi there,
Please see the Gravatar section of your theme’s documentation:
https://wordpress.com/theme/independent-publisher-2
That circle displays your WordPress.com/Gravatar profile picture. You can disable it from the Customizer under Theme Options
