  Hi. I want to claim a wordpress domain that is unmantained by onother user.
  The user already granted me the authorization via email.

  What can I do?

  They have to transfer it to you by signing it into the blog and adding you. They add you as an administrator of the blog, then you delete them if that’s what they want.
