Hi… I would like to know what does unlimited email support in the package benefits mean…!? Also would like to know can we switch from one package to another package ?(for ex. initially we take premium package, later are we able to switch to business package…?)

Unlimited Email Support means that you will have access to support from our Happiness Engineers via email, and there is no number limit in terms of how many times you can contact support. You can reach out to email support here:

If you decide to upgrade plans while in the middle of having another plan, you’ll see an upgrade discount while checking out if you’re eligible:
Everything will be prorated base on the price difference between plans and the remaining months you have in your monthly subscription.
