Clarification on Domain Price for Who Is Privacy

  Hi….can you please clarify regarding the price quoted for domain purchase via Word Press…does the price quoted include ‘Who Is’ Privacy? And if not how does a person include this afterwards? And if it is an additional fee that is charged via Word Press please confirm the cost. Do all quoted prices include all taxes and charges?
