Clarification on Missing Payment Method

I just reviewed the link [https://wordpress.com/me/purchases], but I noticed something odd—there’s no payment method saved for the second plan. When I initially purchased the first plan and domain, I selected and saved a payment method for automatic renewal.
Could you clarify why this didn’t carry over to the second one?
