  We need to decide in which direction to go to increase the features of our site. At the moment it’s the free plan, but will definitely by something to increase storage, customisability and other functions.

  Option A- go for a Premium plan hosted here.
  Q1: Premium hosted here includes no 3rd part plugins, correct?

  Option B- get the site hosted locally
  Q2: Does the Free/Premium/Business plan paradigm still apply on self-hosted sites, or is there just one copy of the wordpress software for all, with features only limited by the host? In other words, would we have to pay for the site hosting PLUS the 13 GB space for example that is offered with the Premium plan.
