Clash between WordPress.com and Hostinger after migration
-
I recently migrated my site from WordPress.com to Hostinger. However, I am facing an issue because my domain and site name remained the same: https://livingsafeonline.com. It seems there’s a conflict between the two platforms, which prevents me from using Jetpack. I would like to know if I need to delete my old information from WordPress servers or what steps I should take to get Jetpack working on my site again.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello, @southy65!
I checked your domain livingsafeonline.com, and I noticed that it’s not connected to WordPress.com. It’s currently pointing to Hostinger, as you can see here:
https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/livingsafeonline.com
In this case, there’s no need to delete any information on WordPress.com. However, could you please share a few more details about the issue you’re encountering or any error messages you’re seeing?
Also, since your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, you can ask your question on the WordPress.org community forums here:https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
That forum is perfect for sites like yours that use WordPress software but aren’t hosted with WordPress.com.
If you’re curious about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, this guide explains it quite well:

Please let us know if you have any questions or need any extra help, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Thanks for clarifying. I’ve asked my team to take a closer look and see what the issue is. Please note that they will not be able to apply to your forums post here. Instead you wil want to check the inbox for the email address you have set here: https://wordpress.com/me/account/
Thanks for your patience! -
