Class website suspended?

    Hi,
My website was suspended for DCMA but I wasn’t told exactly what I posted that needed to be taken down? I am willing to take down what needs to be, but I’m not a mind reader so I’m not sure what is in violation? After contacting wordpress, I haven’t heard back what to do to proceed to get my website back up and running. I have my lesson plans from last year and the next 42 days all ready to publish, but now I can’t access them. I am a teacher and put my lesson plans on the class website so students can access it when they are absent or struggling. I looked up information about it and from wordpress it says: What is fair use?
There aren’t any hard and fast rules when it comes to defining fair use. However, the Copyright Act sets out four factors for courts to consider:

The purpose and character of the use: Why and how did you use the material? Using content for criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship or research is usually fair. Additionally, using material in a transformative manner, that is to say, in a manner that adds new expression, meaning, or insight, is also more likely to be considered fair use over an exact reproduction of a work. What’s more, nonprofit use is favored over commercial use.
