Classic admin bar style is broken
-
I’ve tried everything, up to changing themes and deactivating all plugins, and none fixed this issue:

Standard (WP.com) style works fine, but I prefer the classic one.
Any idea how to fix this?

Hey there,
I am having some trouble reproducing this issue. Can you share specific steps that are causing this, or a link to the page that this is happening on?
Thanks! Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi there, I see the old instance of manualdousuario.net (from your previous host) was still showing in your account, so in essence the site was showing up twice when you would look here: https://wordpress.com/sites
I have removed the previous connection which I think was causing a redirect of some kind. Are you able to proceed to using the classic interface on your site now?
Thanks for the additional info!

Hi @staff-totoro! Hmm, this might explain why I occasionally get some emails saying that VaultPress backups failed in my site — probably from previous/old instance.
However, the admin bar is still broken. I even cleaned all caches (site’s and local), but it didn’t make any difference.
Any other possible fix for this?
Thanks! I appreciate your attention.

Hey there,
Thank you for sharing the troubleshooting steps and giving it another try. Even with the classic interface enabled, I am unable to reproduce the issue. Are you still seeing this when using the classic admin interface in other browsers, or is this specific to Safari?
Thanks, looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi! Yeap, just tested on Firefox, and the issue remains. I even tried to deactivate all browsers’ extensions/plugins, and nothing changed.
Notice that the broken admin bar only shows up on
/wp-admindashboard — when accessing viawordpress.com‘s, the “modern” admin bar appears and everything runs smoothly. It’s somewhat annoying, but bearable.
