  How can I switch back to Classic Editor from Block Editor (cannot use plugins since it’s a free plan account). Please help.

  You can switch back to the Classic Editor by following the instructions at this link:

  Hi there, WordPress.com is moving to the Block Editor as default (you can read more about that in this blog post), but you should be able to:
  1. Use the Classic Block, which emulates the Classic Editor experience, as described here: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/classic-block/

  2. Or navigate to your WPcom site’s WP Admin dashboard (yoursite.wordpress.com/wp-admin/) and using the Classic Editor there
