Hi there. There is no way to disable the new editor and no way to set it as your preference.
The easiest way to use the classic editor is to bookmark the link to your WP-Admin dashboard in your browser and always use that to get to the post editor: http://noiseandgraphics.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
A complete list of workarounds compiled by another user can be found here: https://tpenguinltg.github.io/wpcom-edit-post-redirect.user.js/index.html

I understand and share in your frustration, but this has been escalated to staff numerous times. Both when the new editor became the default and when the button to switch editors were removed we had threads that went beyond 900 posts of people wanting the old editor back. Staff’s answer has remained the same through all of this: the new editor is here to stay and there won’t be an option to make the old one the default.
You can see the thread from March here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/please-reinstate-the-option-of-choice-to-use-the-old-publishing-format?replies=943 and you can see all the other threads created on this here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/new-editor-feedback
What I’m saying is, tagging this for staff won’t help. This decision has been made at a high level in the company and it won’t be rolled back. If you still feel you want to talk to a staff member you can add “modlook” to the tags area, but I’d be very surprised if the answer is any different than any of the previous times.
