Classic Editor Image Size

  When I insert a new image into the classic editor, it inserts with a size of 1px x 1px. Trying to edit it is a chore, as you have to click on that exact pixel to get the image editing option. When you go into the editor, there is no longer an option to set/change the size, the size option is just missing.

  

  If I edit an image from an old post, the Size option is there:
