Classic Editor, Please!

  Hello! I have been inactive on my blog for a few years – want to write again, but cannot access the Classic Editor. HELP! I honestly tried the new block editor and HATE it (sorry, no offense).

  Welcome back! If your site is hosted here on WordPress.com, you can still access the Classic Editor (for now) through the WP Admin (Classic) dashboard. You can learn more about that here: https://wordpress.com/support/classic-editor-guide/

  For some reason that guide does not include how to add a new Post in the Classic Editor. To add a new post using the Classic Editor, use the drop down menu at the top of the WP Admin Posts dashboard and select Classic Editor.

  I’d also suggest giving the Classic Block a try. It emulates the functions of the Classic Editor, but in a block. https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/classic-block/
