Classic editor vs block editor

Block Editor is not at all user friendly. However, when I try to switch back to classic editor, that doesn’t work either. Why do you even offer the option to use Classic Editor when it doesn’t work? Additionally, it used to be a lot easier to ask for help. Do you have too many bloggers to take care of?

Why do you even offer the option to use Classic Editor when it doesn’t work?
We do not offer an option to switch your account to the classic editor (which we are in the process of retiring) but it is still possible to use to the classic editor when writing/editing posts/pages in your site’s Dashboard, but to do so you will need to access the “wp-admin” dashboard on your site: https://wordpress.com/support/dashboard/
We also recommend the classic block, which is a block you can add to “insert” the classic editor inside of the newer block editor, and has the familiar formatting tools you are used to: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/classic-block/
Is there something specific about the block editor that you are having difficulty with? Because we will eventually retire the classic editor in full we’d like to address any concerns you have with the block editor before we fully switch over.

I agree — my experience of the Block Editor has been poor; so far it’s actually deal-breaker for me.
Making the experience far worse is that I cannot figure out where to find a collection of video tutorials that show every aspect of this editor. I’m seeking a collection of complete training videos, organized with an index, so that I don’t have to search for information on each feature or function individually. Can you help with a link to such a collection? Thank you.
