No option on my post editing window to reset to the classic mode, in fact the recent changes have hidden sticky posts in view blog posts & the title box in editor is too big. Please help.

Hi there,
The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/All you need to do is replace NAME_OF_BLOG with your actual blog name in the URL.

You cannot deactivate the new Beep Beep Boop editor but you do not have to use it. For locating the ways and means of accessing the legacy or classic pages for creating posts, editing posts, and for viewing stats see here > Navigating the Classic WordPress.COM interface http://onecoolsite.wordpress.com/2015/04/05/navigating-the-classic-wordpress-com-interface/
On the dashboard of your own blog at
Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add NewTo create posts in the classic editor for you that link is below and you change is to REPLACE_WITH_ ACTUAL _NAME_OF_BLOG below in the URLs with your actual blog name.
To create posts in the classic editor http://REPLACE_WITH_ ACTUAL _NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
To edit posts >Dashboard > Posts > All Posts one can hover over any post title and click the Edit link and proceed with editing.
http://REPLACE_WITH_ ACTUAL _NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php
