Classic Visual editor is displaying only text (like the text view)

I can no longer see the visual editor view (I am in Classic and not Gutenberg). This is some kind of bug that’s making it very difficult for me to do my job updating the web pages for the company I work for. Help please. Thanks

Hi @supernovia – I wish I knew if we are hosted with you or not. Anyway, here’s the link. A teammate (using a mac) can see the pages properly. It seems to just be a problem with me. I’m on Windows. It doesn’t matter if I’m using Chrome or Firefox, I’ve cleared cache, rebooted, refreshed and nothing seems to fix my Classic view. All I see are big blocks of text in both the Text tab and the Visual tab. Thanks

P.S. I’ve tried editing the FAQ tab and/or the Documents tab and both display this problem. Thanks for your help. Just let me know if I need to post this to a different forum.

sorry to sound like such a newbie – but when I go to that WordPress.org support link, my normal WP login doesn’t work (as opposed to here). Is that right?

Yes, that’s normal. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different. The former is a hosting provider and the latter is the software used to build the websites.
