Can classified ads be installed as plugins on wordpress.com sites? I have one i would like to use if I am able to install it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Plugins can only be installed on WordPress.com if you have the Business Plan Upgrade:
https://wordpress.com/business/
They are usually used for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
