classified plug in

I want to change one of my sites to a classified site and noticed you had a classified plug in to download. I downloaded it but cannot figure how to add it for the site. Thanks in advance.

Thanks. After checking in to it more I did find the answer about the plug ins. I wanted to add a classified section to my site.
