  Hi,

  Dear WordPress Support,

  I’m using a free WordPress site and I’m trying to embed some custom HTML code for flashcards in my post/page. I created this code using an AI assistant (Claude 3.5), and it works fine in the preview, but not when I publish the post.

  The code includes HTML, inline CSS, and JavaScript for interactive flashcards. While it displays correctly in the preview mode, the published post doesn’t show the flashcards as intended.

  Could you please clarify if free WordPress sites support custom HTML code in posts/pages? If so, are there any specific limitations or steps I need to take to make this work?

  1.”Preview” works fine

  

  2.”Save draft” does not work

  The code you can use on a free wordpress.com site is very limited – https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/custom-html-block/

  To make that code work, you must upgrade to the Creator Plan
