Clean Minimal 1.0 – WordPress menu disappears

  I use wordpress on my own server. I installed custom theme – Clean Minimal 1.0. When I use that theme on my blog, grey WordPress menu (the one that contains Add a new post, links to the Dashboard and so on) is not on the top, like with the rest of the themes. It drops to the bottom of the page and looks like a group of simple links.

  Is there any way to fix it?

  if its on your sever your not using a wordpress.COM
  Your Self hosting a blog with wordpress.ORG as a site builder/manager.
