Clean Re-Import

    I finished one of the imports of one of the blogs i had, but i realized that i had some other posts and media from other blog from a few unsuccessful imports previously. I cleaned all the posts and media, and now I wanna do a clean re-import, but the blog is shown as ‘finished’. Can this be resolved so I can run the import again?

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the importer so you can try again.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re still experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted, but it could be a few days before your new import is processed.
