  Hey, guys,

  Uploaded a lot from tumblr before thinking better of it. Clearly this is a good platform for long-form and I’d rather not have my shitposts and whatnot clogging up the works. Any chance you can give me a blank slate?

  You can either do this yourself or you can ask the staff to empty your site.

  Note: Please keep in mind this action is permanent.

  If you want to do it yourself, you can delete all of your content from your site and still keep your current WordPress.com address by performing the following steps:

  Delete all posts
  Delete all pages
  Delete all categories
  Delete all tags
  Delete all media

  If you want to have the staff do this, please add the modlook tag in the right column. You will need to be logged in to the user account you created the site with, confirm the URL of the site you would like them to empty, and that you understand this action is permanent.

  Thank you for your help, geoffreyshilling! I think trying to delete 12,000+ posts, even with Bulk Edit, would be a little beyond my powers.

  I’ve added modlock and understand that this action is permanent — but I definitely want them to empty out incurablenecromantic.wordpress.com

  @incurablenecromantic is this still relevant for you? If so, please post back here and add the MODLOOK tag to the forum thread’s Tag section in the sidebar.

  20161104- Staff I’ve added the MODLOOK tag to this thread as someone previously added MODLOCK (sic) instead.

  I’ll be happy to help you.

  Please confirm that you want me to empty all of the content from incurablenecromantic.wordpress.com. There’s not a way for me to only remove posts, it is an all or nothing action.

  Before we proceed, is there anything that you want to keep on the site? Any posts, comments, images, etc? If so, you’ll need to save it before I empty the site. Otherwise, it’s gone forever.

  incurablenecromantic – I’ve initiated the process to empty the site. This could take a few hours with so many posts to remove. I’ll send an update once I receive confirmation that the job is complete.
